The Outer Banks (of North Carolina) it seems to have been settled,originally by Souvenir vendors.......just kidding,it is a myriad of remarkable beauty....Nags Head,Kill Devil Hills etc.........everything a beachcomber could desire, and no bitey wolves

@john-barry I've just mailed you some of my baby pictures and a spread sheet of my family tree JB...you'll find it riveting. Btw...if you're downing a few cocktails today on the patio, be careful where you sit; you might bag yourself a painful catch....as it were.

@john-barry Lol....I would say, in the case of a triple-hook encounter, it has the potential to eclipse MJ's performance on the Thriller video....definitely more animated than the Hokey Pokey.

@john-barry The Outer Banks look awesome. I shudder to think how much homes would cost in that area! Does it have RV/camp facilities as well as rental cottages?

@jack-dodds I`m not aware of RV spots,but it seems likely.....on my visit,we divided the cost of a nice VRBO house between 5 adults and myself.....a week in October ran about 1200.00 (11 years back)

more things in life should be evaluated on a greater or lesser scale to that of the Hokey Pokey

@jack-dodds the pixies were produced in the 50`s Jack......it shimmys and shakes 
here is something reminiscent of the pixie.....a few hand-painted French Vivif Lures.....circa 1940`s.....

Wow! Where did you find these....ebay? Have you had them very long? It's much like the fisherman's version of my Dinky Toys collection. Really interesting!
