All I can say is holy sh#*. I'm still smiling.😁
I didn't even know there was a Hellcat Durango but I'm sure it was a blast.
HA! I just read about these the other day... these were brought back by popular demand.
Initially, a limited run; only a specific number were produced. But Dealers complained that they were LOSING OUT because demand was great. So.... Stellantis brought them back. Those initial customers - that witnessed their "investements" dramatically depreciating - then filed a lawsuit claiming they were lied to.
Those owners lost their case, however, and Stellantis is now selling all the Durango Hellcats it can make. 😀 😎
It is definitely a beast. The lady riding along even said, as we were pulling out of the parking lot, "get on it." So I did. If I could smile any bigger, it'd wrapped around my head, lol. And that sound. Absolutely intoxicating. 😊
Geno, I'm guessing this was this a test drive? What others are you considering?

I've driven a regular Durango and it didn't like going around corners. I can't imagine trying it with the Hellcat.
John, it was at the Cleveland Auto Show. Our son, grandson and I decided to make a day of it. They had different makes and models to drive. I'm not considering anything at the moment as we're happy with our current vehicles, but I wasn't going to miss the chance to drive some of these, as I'll probably never get the chance again. But if I do, it'll most likely be another Grand Cherokee or a Gladiator. I kinda miss my trucks. Also got to drive a new Silverado EV, Grand Cherokee, Wrangler Rubicon, Gladiator, and the strangest was, drum roll please.........a Tesla Cybertruck. For a brief moment, as the Tesla guy riding along had it set up in self driving mode. So 90% was actually just riding as it drove itself. I'd never consider one, but hey, it was there, so why not, lol. Jack, the pricing on the one we drove was a tick short of $87,000.😲
Thanks Geno. Sadly, the New York Auto Show does not offer attendees that privilege.John, it was at the Cleveland Auto Show. Our son, grandson and I decided to make a day of it.
