LOL! No, but USED to not follow our current Julian and Gregorian calendars that stipulate four years. The Baháʼí calendar, Bengali, Indian and Thai calendars were all different until the Julian Calendar took precedence in most of the world's settlements. The observed and calculated versions of the lunar Islamic Calendar does not have regular leap days even though both have lunar months containing 29 or 30 days, generally in alternating order.

But...I thought frogs jumped all the time, not just every four years. How do they know what the date is?

It's their biological clock at work. It is ticking all the time but due to the inadequacies of their vocal cords, croaking is the closest they can get to a convincing "tick-tock" sound. And one might add that with their relatively small cerebral cortex they might almost have as much of a problem grasping Tony's calendar explanation as I did.

We need someone with a higher intellect...a greater capacity for insight and understanding...one of the all-time deep thinkers of our time (and any other)...in other words, we need...

Settle down ya big ape and have a second look; this gorilla is a dog.  She looks like she went 10 rounds with Ali.
