Here is a 1951 Buick Special 2-door Sedan, a mild custom as-found, that offered an opportunity to create several different combinations......

of grill, bumper and side trim edits. So, I offer the following, as usual done just to see what they look like.

As found:

With mild dechroming:

Altered side trim and front bumper/grill work:

Different side trim and front grill/bumper combination:

Lowered cowl, pancaked hood plus side trim and grill/bumper edits:

Increased ride height, eliminated side trim and yet more grill/bumper offerings:

This is not a car that I would have modified from stock but did feel that it would benefit from edits that made the front grill/bumper combination less massive and simplified the side trim. My intent was to create a simpler, more compelling automobile.
