I seem to recall reading that the first air friar did experience a degree of splatter.

The Flying Friar, as he was affectionately called posthumously, was a tremendous hit.

HMMM. Some folks calls it a Kaiser Blade. MMMMM. Some folks calls it a Sling Blade. I just calls it a tater cutter.
