I’m a lover of all hot peppers, in fact, I grow my own Carolina Reapers, Ghost Peppers & Trinidad Scorpions (basically #1, #2 & #3). I don’t eat them like these folks do, I make my own salsa with them. Just 2 of whichever one I have on hand in a gallon batch & WHAMO! Works for me

how awesome is that !!!......I keep dried Ghost pepper around but generally draw the everyday consumption line at habanero.......to a small pool of olive oil,I add a bump of powdered habanero and then build from there....my belief is peppers can more easily release capsaicin into fat than any other method
