These were a fixture at NASCAR tracks across the country and in
Joliet Illinois on a very windy day during a Saturday practice day (or maybe it was during a Sunday race) the ball came loose and was bouncing around the infield. Which was very entertaining if not scary. But nobody got hurt and it rested up against a fence in the infield. That was a few years ago when Joliet just opened.
