It pays to be dirty.

They say that cleanliness is next to Godliness. 😇 I’ve always scraped my fingernails along a bar of soap.

this weekend I had motoroil on my hands and dirt under my fingernails !!!

feels like I must be getting 100 years old !  

I have been a firearms cartridge hand loader for 56 years. About 30 years ago I started using surgical gloves to cut my hand cleaning chores completely. And while I no longer change the oil, filters and rotate the tires on my cars, I still do the maintenance on my John Deere garden tractor. The surgical gloves are a must have.

I was a farm kid well into the soil so I guess that explains why I'm basically a happy camper in life.  That and my IQ, which keeps life simple.
