Thanks Chris after I posted that comment I did go on Google and looked up the differences between the models.
Steve
Geez, I never thought you were quite a composer
Thanks Steve, but all I added was the last line .... everything else was penned by William Wordsworth in 1807.
It's easy to be sentimental as of late..... About 3 weeks ago, my best friend for 47 years passed away suddenly of natural causes; Jerry was 61. His son, named after me, called on Mother's Day to let me know. It's been a rough 3 weeks.
@chris I'm very sorry to hear about your friend, Chris. Coincidentally I am going through the same experience with a dear friend I have known since 1978; he has ALS and is failing quickly. I am flying back to my old home town to see him for the last time this Wednesday. Like you say, it is rough.
Clarification, my comment to Chris about how perfect was in reference to the Splendor in the Grass poem and not the loss of his friend.
"I am going through the same experience with a dear friend I have known since 1978..."
"1978" must be the year; that's when I met Jerry. I wish you, and your friend, the very, very best..... but of course, I don't envy you. Your cherished memories will help greatly, but the pain will never heal - you just find ways to live with it.
