This is true, shoveling snow is classic trigger of life-threatening heart attacks. The exertion demands extra work for the heart, while the cold can trigger a vasospasm and plaque rupture. The worse thing a man can add to the combo is a cigarette. The defibrillator on the shovel will be completely useless unless there is a bystander to operate it. Would add a box of aspirin and nitroglycerin pills.

To condense the entirety of medical information and advice that you have provided Chav, I would, as a layperson, suggest that the safest approach is to avoid any type of exertion whatsoever. I will from this point onward limit myself to trips to the refrigerator and operating the TV remote.

I wish Bob and Doug would run for Canada's Prime Minister and Deputy; we need people like them who can see the big picture. Such natural leaders who are so representative of the common people are hard to find.
