I want to pre-order a

1969 Cadillac Fleetwood 60 Special Brougham Dark Blue in 1:43 Scale by GLM

 

But is seems that Legacy wants up front payment in full for a model that has no release date.

I have always been asked for a $5.00 deposit before, but I refuse to pay full price now for something

that has no release date. Nowhere on their website does it say I will not be charged untill shipped

as they have done in the past. This is just another thing that upsets me about this revised website.

This just just wants me to totally abandon Legacy Motors, take my business elsewhere

and never return to this Diecast Zone Website. Maybe Michelle can help me, that is if she reads the comments

left here.

With all due respect to your comments above, I think you are being a little harsh.  You state this is, "just another thing that upsets me  about the revised website".  Though I can't speak for others, I've heard no serious complaints about the new website, and this new format is way better in a zillion ways than the previous one.  With regard to your concerns with Legacy Motors, I can understand your frustration, but perhaps a phone call to Michelle Peters could answer all your concerns.  Michelle is very professional and fair, and certainly approachable. I'm sure she'll be more than happy to work with you.   

I don't know if the pre-order policy has changed, Brian. However, I am certain an email to Kevin or Michelle will give you the answers you're looking for. If you need their addresses, let me know.
