Interesting concept. Depending on the occupancy conditions, I can see where this could be a great help to a percentage of the homeless. In Toronto, quite a few homes have been built similarly from containers, but as a regular part of house sales.

at first look,years back, I was drawn to how simple,sturdy and cheap it would (seem to) be to build a multi-level modern house/structure out of containers......."if it`s too good to be true".......turns out you`d need primo welding and fabrication skills,and a couple cranes to do-it-yourself.....if these modules were pre-done,looking as good as the homeless concept ones,AND they were a quarter the price of stick-built ......if,if,if
