I was curious about this too, so I found this video.  It seems that it would be fairly easy for someone to gain access to the frunk with just a portable jump starter, so if I had a Tesla I would be hesitant to put valuables there.

Like most EVs, Teslas are equipped with manual overrides for doors, trunks & frunks, in the unlikely event batteries are drained down to absolute zero. However, the most common need for such overrides would be emergency exiting as a result of a severe collision.
