Micro-cars are much more at home in Europe where the pace of traffic in the cities is steady but a bit slower than what we see here in N.A.. They are ideally suited for urban areas and two-lane roads. One of the reasons they didn't catch on over here was the highways we travel on and the speeds maintained on them. The Europeans are also a bit more comfortable with two-stroke engines and their peculiarities than we are here in the States. Asking most folks over here to mix oil and gas would be a disaster waiting to happen.
