Interesting, if true, it is not a generally recommended suggestion to avoid heart disease. I’m glad that I’m a serial napper.
Hmm, g'dnight...gimme a few minutes...

This clip is solid gold......can't wait to show it to my missus!
I might have to get started napping while I drive down the highway. LOL

Great news since I was getting ready for my after-breakfast nap.

for those of us who need a story at nap time....you could do a whole lot worse than BBC`s series : "Dogs In The Wild: Meet The Family"
@john-barry, love that last shot of the mama jackal!

Sleeping your way to heart health – Harvard Gazette
Just be careful where are you getting your health advise from. Looks like these studies have been done more then 10 years ago but they have not been embraced yet by the medical community (except the Mediterranean diet). The question is why? It was not "Harvard medical school" who did the study. Based on the article above published in Harvard Gazette, the study was done in Greece. Looks like it is an observational study, which by definition has tons of limitations. It was published in an American journal, so theoretically I can read it and let you know, but I am too lazy to do so, just because of a questionable video ... In the meantime, it doesn't hurt to take an extra nap, contrary to the meme below that is usually accurate.
PS.
The speaker is lying in the first sentence, the study was not done by Harvard Medical School! And the study is not about "habitual nappers", the study is about "Midday napping (siesta)".
Trustworthy?
It is a Greek study, published in 2007.
Here is the study, I skimmed through it, lots of limitations ...
