OK - there are three guys, a hill/mountain & a house on the top of the hill/mountain. Guy #1 is at the bottom of the hill getting ready to go up; guy #2 is in the house at the top of the hill; guy #3 is at the bottom of the hill having just come down.
What are their nationalities? What kind of house is it?

It's a whorehouse.
The guy on the way up is Russian.
The guy in the house is Himalayan.
The guy coming down the hill is Finnish.
