That would be an Innabago JayBee. This is a good idea and would work quite well.....until a peckish garbage dump bear comes along and spots the "package."

"you can take the crosstown if it`s raining or it`s cold"
a trip to the garbage dump should always be postponed until the weekend has passed and admission prices are at their lowest

and the dumpkeeper,owing in part to his fondness for rum, is busily crafting new concrete overshoes for "Billy Bagripper"
