Mine were Texas variety. I swore they built my house on a nest of the little buggers! Barefoot? Not me. I never take my boots off!

Herb was the main problem. He was feeding the dang things! Oh he denied it, of course, but I saw the empty package in his trash one day: "Mrs. McConahey's Scorpion Food & Stinger Supplement".

Well, I have to say, she surely does look distraught. After all it IS a shocking revelation. You could say that she has an ultraviolet glow about her!
the article is very confusing (I got confused too), starting to read from the title and already seeing the picture below ... our mind makes connections long before we read the full text:

If you find one of these creatures, utilizing UV light, sent it to me, will train her to light up upon command, that way when I glue with UV resin and my two hands are carefully aligning the parts I would not need to hold the UV flashlight in my mouth.
