I've probably mentioned this, but going around Versailles some years ago, there was a girl, more or less in-file with the number I was among and I would swear, for a few hours all she did was take selfies - with so much of cultural value to look at and photograph.

What a great old commercial ! Actual physical  photographs still have enormous power, in a way. For a number of images, they were "as taken" in the real camera, and thus, the impact can be great. Like with many things, "new" and "old" each have their own unique advantages.
