Wow John, another I haven't seen before. Excellent info on it. Another disco volante wannabe maybe? Thanks for this installment!
I thought Autocult had made a 1/43 of this, but so far I've only found one by Politoys. Unfortunately, the photos make it look very toylike.
That is the most extreme Corvair Monza that I have yet seen. That rear window would sure draw Italian Summer heat. I remember the Politoy, Ed.
I love this! You can see its echo in the cars it influenced, "The Testudo influenced later Bertone designs like the Lamborghini Miura, Alfa Romeo Montreal, and Fiat 850 Spider. The Ferrari Daytona of 1968 is said to reference the style of the Testudo.[5] Designer Dick Teague drew inspiration from the Testudo when shaping the 1975 AMC Pacer.[8] Designer Anatole "Tony" Lapine also said that the Testudo influenced his work on the Porsche 928 for 1977.[9]"

Influence on the Lamborghini Miura I reckon really stands out. I've spent sometime searching but cannot find a scale model of it. Searched all scales, diecasts and kits. Pity. Heres a video, commentary a bit over the top.
Thanks John, another great selection.
It is an exceptionally cool-looking Chevrolet Corvair concept car. Externally and design-wise, it looks quite sleek !
To me that is just out of proportion. Too long nose and too short back. Glad they did not make this Corvair.
