so tried my hand at editing for less wheel and more tire sidewall. 

As found:

56 Chevy Nomad

Smaller wheels & larger tires:

56 Chevy Nomad PS6a

Black tire color:

56 Chevy Nomad PS6b

Looks way better...I’m not a fan of these extremely low-profile tires on older classic autos...

Look again, gents, I took some gray out of the tire color. IMHO, it looks more natural.
