Wow that last pic of the front end reminds me of the Chrysler Turbine car.Β
HA! Here's the rear....Β Chrysler Turbine Car all the way, right?Β Considering this debuted in 1958 says a lot about how much Engel favored this "look."
Also, it's the only car I've ever seen to wear chrome whitewalls.Β
And it appears to have the Lincoln 'breeze way window'.
My Uncle Eddie had that on his '63 Monterey. I was fascinated as I'd never seen a slanted, opening rear window on a car before !
Those wheelcovers are kind of a cross between 1950 Cadillac "Sombreros," 1958 Edsel (non-spinners ) & 1957 Dodge Spinners.....Β Β but I'm guessing they're strictly generic, aftermarket "J.C. Whitney"Β affairs.
If the owner of the car is ever there again I promise I will ask him.Β

Oldsmobile Fiesta and 1957-'58 Dodge spinners are among the two most imitated/copied aftermarket spinners ever.Β I will check a vintage J.C. Whitney catalogue just for laughs. Stay tuned...Β π π― π―Β

You bet I will Chris. I bow to your incredible memory and knowledge.Β
@100ford2003 Looks like it COULD (who the hell really knowsΒ π π) be these, with different "bullet" -centers. Please ask the owner. I don't drink coffee, so let's bet $1,000. π π π Β
