I'm sorry but I just can't take dripping tassels and shiny shirts Roy seriously; IMHO he's a poser compared to Paladin, who was the real deal.

I do like the basic "hidden heater in the hat" gizmo though.  Just imagine the cannon Hoss cartwright could have kept in his lid.

Very slick and it could git the drop on yer average gunslinger.  I would be concerned though, when commencin' to havin' an inebriated "liaison" near closin' time upstairs at the Long Branch and blowin' mah hand or other bits clean off when droppin' mah gear....if you catch mah drift..........
