What the heck was that ? I thought you meant PSA the now defunct airline.... ???? If I remember correctly they advertised it as the "proud bird with the golden tail".
PSA is a "Public Service Announcement." Apparently, there was a whole series of them in the UK in the sixties and seventies similar in tone to this one. Keep your eye peeled for more! Meanwhile, don't boil water on a boat!
