I sure remember when Chevy was #1 and didn't miss an opportunity to take pride in it. I had that plate on the front of my 1972 Corvette. But I had two screws and a plate frame on mine; not one screw. HA!

I got this plate at the 1974 L.A. Auto Show. I happened to be there late on last day of the show when this guy was taking them off the display cars. I asked if I could have one and he handed this to me. And Tony, I had it on my wagon for a while with a frame held on by two screws.
