Great picture, great collection, but far too young to be Bob. Maybe an age appropriate doppelgänger for then he was young.

I had cars when I was three but the cars pictured are way too new for 1943. Reminds me of a friend several years ago asking my late mother "was he always car crazy?" and her reply was "yes I must have dropped him on his head when he was a baby".
