@david-green the employee's dedication to their own product was amazing as shown in that 1956 picture. I know that in todays world, in some corporate facilities there are segregated parking lots for the non-product supporters

@david-green  Amazing product loyalty.  Lol.  I spot one 54 Chevy and one 50-52 Pontiac in the right row but the rest are all Fomoco it seems.  I remember working at a Mercury dealership service dept. as a kid in 1969.  This older man named Chester was just hired as a mechanic and he drove a  nice, new metallic green 1969 Dodge Monaco 2drht.  He immediately traded it in on a Mercury and when I asked him why he told me he liked the Dodge but it just wasn't right for an employee to not drive a company product.  I thought he was nuts; it must have cost him a bundle to trade in an almost new car.  I guess that was the thinking back in his generation though.  Coincidentally I drove my first car at the time...a 1953 Ford!
