Keep in mind that the realistic images are computer generated. The technology behind this sort of video is where "deep fake" videos originate. Deep fake videos use actors whose faces and voices are digitally altered to look like some famous person. The resulting video makes it look like a celebrity has said or done something they did not say or do. They look realistic enough to be believable. The old saying that "pictures don't lie" is no longer true!
