My daughter is a shark nut and swims with them all the time, she is a marine biologist in the shark tank in the Georgia Aquarium and a few years in the Guam Aquarium and surrounding waters. Yes, I think she is nutz. But she has been doing it for well over 20 years and knows when & where & how to swim with them, crazy.
Amazing. As long as the young lady did not swim during feeding time, she was likely quite safe. Quite an adventure. Thanks John.
If this guy is the largest Great White ever recorded would you gamble your life that he doesn't have a compulsive eating disorder? Dr. Kocour, any thoughts on this?
You are right. My shark studies have shown that she could be puttin her life at steak.
Thanks Frank. Given your part time marine expert status I was confident you would sink your teeth into this subject and get right to the meat of the issue. Personally I can't fathom how others cannot sea your obvious expertise. You sir are in a league of your own; not out of your depth at all.
And now,on our really big shoe, before we bring out the Hungarian Plate Spinners, something for the kids

Thank you. I appreciate your kind words for shore, Jack. I have found that the best way to communicate with a shark is to drop a line. That's how I learned that sharks are only attracted to buoys. The reason I am in my own league is because I try to stay focused on one main porpoise.
@joop LOL. I saw those a few years ago and was tempted to buy one. Never got around to it.

Wow...so your research proves that not only are Great Whites gender specific in their food choices, but they also prefer only the younger specimens. This explains why the female diver wasn't afraid of attack. Your results will create waves initially, but will prompt a sea change in biological opinion that will turn the tide of scientific belief. Considering that you reside in Arizona, and so conducted your marine experiments in your backyard pool from a floating chair with cocktail holder, the results are even more impressive.
Looks remarkable. I do perhaps wonder if this is very good computer graphics animation (CGI). The young gal is underwater for well over a minute at some depth with this huge shark and there might be a few other anomalies. Still, really well done.
@mikedetorrice  Interesting speculation Mike.....I would hope that if CGI was used in the video production, they had a damn good reason for NOT having lasers mounted on the shark
You know guys, you're all missing the obvious. There's at least one other crazy person hanging out with that shark....the one behind the camera. I sure hope it's not a buoy!

Outstanding Brush !!!!......you must be very proud 😀Â
@jack-dodds Wow, I didn't intend to cause so much trouble. Just forget everything I've said.
I have to run. There is a reporter from Agua World at my front door wanting to see my pool.

Dr. Frank;Â Plunk him into your floating lounge chair, ply him with multiple umbrella drinks and I'm sure you will be the monthly Agua World magazine centerfold.
