It on it's way back around the Moon, which the USA was walking/riding on the surface of from 1969 -1972. Go new lunar astronauts !

One of the joys of living in Florida is being able to watch launches from your back yard. Had a bit of cloud cover today so I didn't get a shot of it going up, but at least saw some of it.

As a kid I grew up in Western New York and always tried to watch every space launch of Mercury and Gemini. Luckily for us kids we had a nun Science Teacher that loved to discuss and teach us. I wish I could pay her tribute by remembering her name.
