Hey Chris,

What makes you think that you're an 'adult' ?

You still 'play' with little cars like I do !!

Lol Hi

Well, chronologically I'm an adult. In my head, however, I'm 17 & 8 months and very much a youthful idiot!  😏 😏

Almost like me... I'm still 10yrs old in my mind and 'gobsmocked' by the intros of the '63 Corvette and '64 Mustang !!

My dream car is still a '71 - '72 Pantera. I wish I would've got one when they were still attainable at my income level.

I sure messed up. Just like selling my '70 Trans-Am because gas went over $1 a gallon.

I'm an idiot !!!

@jack-dodds, back then, they were all just used cars. The price of gas was a real consideration. None of us were making as much as we do now, even those of us that are currently on a fixed income. Then, there was the insurance problem. Prices on muscle cars went through the roof! For many of us, it was the last straw. We sold or traded in.

@jkuvakas Quite right John.  I remember going from a '72 Cougar to a '75 Pinto (mind you it did have the 2300 c.c. engine..lol). Face
