NOTE THE ERROR, 200 million should be 200 billion.
Travelling by Train all the way to China may seem a little fanciful but who knows what the future will bring.

There was no mention of it in your video David....but can I assume that fishing will be permitted from the caboose rail?

I still remember all the fuss when the Channel Tunnel was opened.
The UK, as I recall, had all written down that they had the right to implode their side of the Tunnel in case of war.
IMHO the US and Canada and Russia should do the same....
