The neutered symbol is a crossed male symbol. It cannot be clearer than that. The tattoo artist was either the same idiot or a jerk.

My son got a similar tattoo on his wrist and it looks ridiculous. But I don't want to scold him for it, because it doesn't help anyway. I think he's an adult and can decide for himself what to do, so I just keep quiet when he does something like that. He recently told me that he wants to do Iranian Tattoos because it's popular now. I gave him the money and he did it. I don't know why I'm doing it and how long I'll last. But I'll try to hang on until the end and not say anything to him. I hope he doesn't become a criminal or a drug addict. That's enough to keep me calm.
