The moment something like that begins to tumble lasts forever! It's as if the entire universe slows down just to torture you in realizing there's nothing you can do.

However, you can always put them back together, assuming you kept the assembly instructions.

@ed-davis and if you find all the pieces.  I have a very good friend that builds all these expensive lego kits, but he glues them together.

@carsman1958 I am very familiar with these expensive LEGO kits. I see them at the local LEGO store. I do not buy them, since I do not have a place to display them when assembled. I do build my own custom design buildings with LEGOs for dioramas with my 1/43 scale cars and for my 1/64 scale train layout. Also, this is the first I have heard of someone gluing the pieces together.

@carsman1958 That's is an excellent idea, just like we do when we build model cars.💯

@ed-davis It's really the only way to guarantee that they will stay together when moving them or even dusting.

@carsman1958 That could mean a lot of glue. Some of those kits have over a thousand parts, and in some cases several thousand.

On second thought, I am leaving those Lego Formula One cars that I bought, in their boxes.
