@john-barry Very strange to see a politician that can't instantly respond with a thousand words and basically say nothing. One term for this slow processer I would say.

poor man dont even speak that jibber jabber language they`re hurling in his direction......most likely he`s dyslexic and struggling to read the subtitles

This man's response gave me a flash back to my high school years; my standard response to teacher's questions after once again failing to pay attention. Lol.
