Get off my neighbor's lawn!!!

My neighbor allows her mom's caregiver to park on her grass that adjacent to my lawn. The grass is in shaded area and it is very week and hard to keep alive, now is completely gone... drives me nuts.

Chav, that would irritate me as well. We live on a 33,000  acre lake with covenants against parking on lawns yet some still park their boats there.

That is really annoying. My town has a bylaw which requires a special permit to park on grass. The neighbours have a say.

 I do have a plan, 2 months ago I fixed the space between the 2 houses at my expense. Next spring, I will fix the neighbor's lawn adjacent to mine (~100 sq feet) under one condition: "nobody parks on the lawn".
