It was trying to gatecrash a hen party (bachelorette party) and appropriate restraining measures were applied.
It was later released without coming to any serious harm (although it was heard to remark "Ouch, that was a plucking painful experience.")

@graeme-ogg I understand its motivation for attending that party, but it had the auditory potential to be clucking overwhelming; the bouncer may have done the canard a favor. Nonetheless the tape restraint was a step too far for sure and flies in the face of professional decorum. Ducky probably feels he's entitled to compensation but is wondering "waddle I do to get it? My advice is use his web to find a civil lawyer to get down with the litigation and lay a nasty bill on them.
