@bob-jackman On the rear view of the car, you see the roof of a building... it's an abandoned military officer's club. There isn't an occupied residence in sight. It looks like the car could run. It has "QQ" plates meaning it was registered fairly recently as an antique auto... and the tires aren't flat. But I've never seen it moved. It's a 300 model and should have the 352 4bbl 300hp with 3 speed Cruise-O-Matic.

I would start at the local police department and see what you could find out, or get the vin and try the DMV and maybe they could tell you who owned it.
