Interesting developments for the Corvette. The ZR-1 will have a twin turbo VS making 800 ponies. The Zora will also have a twin turbo set-up but with twin electric (hybrid) motors from the latest Vette E-Ray. The Zora will make a thousand stallions!!!

@perrone1 Amazing car and performance but it raises the old question of where can you drive it to enjoy all that without getting arrested? Lol.

When in the Corvette Club we had opportunities to reserve track time at various race courses for the group. There were also gymkana events scheduled at different facilities around the area.
But for the rest of the time it has to suffice just to know your car is capable of..XYZ and let it go at that.

Yeah, one of our friends got busted for doing 76 in a 50. He argued with the policeman to put down 120!! (Neither of his oars ever reached the water)

Turbo - twin turbo- why not put a supercharger in a Corvette ?
In my opinion, turbos are for sissies.....superchargers are for men..........

Very few people are aware that Joop's alter ego is that of Superchargerman...the turbo terminator! Here is a rare photo of our hero on a recent holiday at the Bonneville Salt Flats; all expenses paid by the Paxton company.
