has initiated an investigation into the speed and accuracy of your recent responses. Their determinations are final and penalties are severe. Perhaps a written confession will garner a reassessment of your status...perhaps not.

This just in from the Coordinating Committee!
We humbly apologize for our egregious error in naming the distinguished and reputable Mr. Dodds as the subject of a recent investigation. A scribal error occurred in representing the name of the person being examined, one John Doggs. The committee deeply appreciates Mr. Dodds' patience and his check.

Well....harrumph....okay then. I suppose my previously impeccable reputation saved is worth the non-refundable grievance application fee. It is a bit odd that the requested payee for my cheque was something called JK Enterprises International; based in the Cayman Islands......
