Gone at 65, too young. I've only seen bit & pieces of Top Gun - I know, I'm in the minority (never saw Star Wars either ) - but I know that movie help to put him on the map and he, of course, went on to star in countless films. Most probably remember him as Batman or for the movie The Doors.

We loved his base of work from "The Ghost & The Darkness" to our favorite, as Terry mentions, "Tombstone". 'I'm your Huckleberry'. H even appeared in Top Gun Maverick during his struggle with cancer. A real shame to lose him. R.I. P.
