what a SHOE !!!!......I had remembered this as being on Sunday,either before or after Disney......each weekend meant that we would see "the agony of defeat" skier, Disney`s latest offering, and without fail,The Ed Sullivan show

I always wondered where they got the Hungarian plates.
Back in the early days of television,huge numbers of Hungarian Dentists migrated to the US.......when times grew tough, they would part with all the plates,both upper and lower,that they had smuggled in from the old country

Great to see Miriam Makeba on the Ed Sullivan Show. I didn't know she was that well known in The States.
