Summer lasts a bit longer in southeastern Virginia. North Carolina’s Outer Banks Bluegrass Festival 18-21 October. A few cars shows locally here in the Hampton Roads area end of August and in September. 👍😎

any plans for the fall and winter-time ?
I plan to supercharge my leaf blower in late September and as the winter sets in my dog Otis and I have signed up to compete in the Iditarod. Failing that we will spend the duration in my Lazy Boy with the channel changer and a hot toddy.

I'm going to write the story of my life for my children and grandchildren. Lots of fun times, some sad times, the love of my wife, my work, adventures, travels, all my cars and so much more I've been blessed in so many ways.

@john-barry Otis, being mindful of his agreement for an exclusive post-Iditarod interview with the Juneau Herald in exchange for 12 months supply of Good Boy treats, wisely declines comment on his race strategy.
