@jack-dodds Jack, I do have fond memories of the experience, they are both scary and funny at the same time, I also remember many Trabant jokes from my childhood. However, the Trabant and all other ridiculed eastern block cars had their part in history, served their purpose and should be looked at from that perspective.

You are correct, Chav. But, we all like to make a little light of cars we've owned in the past and cars that had less than stellar reputations. Take the Pontiac Aztek, for example...
This is true JK; I will admit to owning a Chevette.....an automatic Chevette! It could barely pull itself up the driveway; what a piece of garbage. Lol.
