It is an interesting design and idea for the beautiful 1964 Imperial. The black color sure makes it look elegant !

I identify the front end as Continental all the way and the back end as typical Imperial and the result is nothing short of pure delightfulness! Love the color too!

The Imperial was an Elwood Engel design. Engel came over from Ford in 1961. He was instrumental in designing the '61 Continental and took most of his ideas with him to Chrysler.

I'm here....to volunteer !  John, I forgot you're in North Jersey. Is there going to be some type of roof covering for me in case it rains or snows ? 

And do I have to salute you or click my heels together every time I open the door for you... or will a salute be all that's required ?

Thanks for your offers. I'm sure either one of you would make excellent chauffeurs but you both live much too far from me.  I guess I'll have to drive the yacht myself.
