@david-vandermeer

Jack and Peter were absolutely perfect in their roles.

I'd never laughed that much until I saw that movie. Crazy

I'm still trying to find the 1/18 Revell VW Scirocco in red. The 1:1 was my first VW and I loved it !

1951 Chevrolet 2-door fastback Fleetline deluxe, with that shining medium green that repainting places could never seem to get right.  If that sounds like I'm wanting a model of my first and very-used 1:1, you're right!

Here are some modern shots that are near misses to the one I owned.  I never liked that windshield awning, colors vary but dark blue wasn't my favorite, and I had forgotten and am now remembering just how much extra chrome Chevy put on this Fleetline Deluxe.  Mine hung up in second gear, which was pretty common with that special clutch Chevy was still using.

A 1959 Plymouth Sport Fury Convertible as pictured below. Why? Because I had one long, long ago. Thanks to @marty-johnson for modifying a pic to look like the one I had in the early '60s.

I would love to see the 1949 through 1961 Ford Meteor done in 1:43 (Canadian line done for the Mercury Division based on the Ford body).  I doubt this will ever happen though.
