Mister Green's earlier post reminded me of something Maya Angelou once wrote, ''I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel."

I mostly relate to her statement that you can tell a lot about a person by the way they handle rainy days, lost luggage and tangled Christmas tree lights. She'd have, no doubt, tapped me on the shoulder, smiled and asked me to do better as she moved on, if she ever met me. 

A human body needs sun. Give me a cup of strong coffee or a mixed drink before talking to me on a rainy day. Lost luggage? No biggie. I used to fly far more than any normal or rational being and only lost luggage twice. I bought new clothes the same day, never even thought about a curse word and moved on. Tangled lights? I won't come within 100 feet of the stuff and don't ask me to help you if you do.
