Yes. It is strictly enforced here in Tennessee.

The law states you must move over; the law states you must stay in the established lane; soo the only option is to stop until emergency vehicle moves, oh you can't stop in a travel lane; sooo technically you get a ticket if you don't, get a ticket if you do. Stupid I agree, and yes I actually understand, just say in.
