The magic begins at the 1:00 mark.....what this man accomplishes in 20min and change is unlike anything.....and he seems to be plating all of his food on china/porcelain plates......how in the Hell ?????

Where to begin?

The fact that he knows his equipment and set up so well?

That there seems to be very little wasted movements in his setup?

That he apparently does this setup every day and moves with such incredible urgency?

That is is also, apparently, a master chef?

That he manages to do all this and still offer an expert presentation of his plates?

That he seems to handle hot food and flames without gloves or tongs?

This is undoubtably the most amazing thing I will see today. Doncha just want some of what he's drinking???

Incredible! Super fast worker who has to do this setup daily by the look of things. He seems to be fire proof and has an impressive series of meals. They mustn't have the same issues with health and safety inspections that we have in North America. I'm ready for a good nap after watching this.

@jkuvakas.......... all good points John....given enough time, say a month or so,I could probably assemble that building 😬 ......(NOT REALLY 😐 ).......Did you notice that just before he began taking customers,he stowed away those large windowed panels on the roof???....would those be used for large formal gatherings such as Weddings or Bowling Banquets?

throughout the cooking/plating/serving process,he dropped (or side-of-hand skimmed off) a good bit of rendered fat directly onto the floor......where in the world does all this get to?

well David......he does take the precautionary step of covering the benches with washable fabric covers......and just think, some of the food was parboiled or otherwise pre-prepared in a location we are not privileged to see.....and possibly MUCH scarier that what is shown

Probably a delightful blend of ginseng,a few of those pokey fruit, and a good bit of adrenal gland
