A while back I asked if anyone could steer me to any 1/24 motorcycles. I have the Maisto’s and Franklins, but was looking for others, as I’ve limited my models to 1/24,1/25, the scale I’ve grown up with. Someone out there in the Zone told me about IXO and Atlas, so I rooted through eBay and found a couple that turned out to be near and dear to me in 1/1. My late older brother had a fetish for CB750’s, had a barn find survivor for a daily rider, and a ton of project bikes and pieces-parts. Though I’ve never owned a Bonneville T120, I’ve always wanted one, and now at least have a tiny one, albeit a very, very nice little one. These are both by Atlas, so thanks to, I wish I could remember who.

think it twas me sir! Yes they are great Kevin and so good to find one that means so much. IXO seem to be producing a new range now in partnership with a group called Altaya.
Heres one I'm after for my brass era wall display case.
And heres a couple of 1/24 bike diorama shopfronts that look interesting. There are more of them also under Altaya.

Since you mentioned it.... I just have to ask:
I too grew up with 1/25. But as I got older, I learned that 1/25 was actually the "weird scale." (...created for promo-models to standardize box size, etc., etc.) 1/24 drove me nuts! That slightly larger size just never fit in with all my slightly smaller 1/25 models.
Q: Do these slight differences in size/scale bother you or have you learned to just live with it?
@chrisI don’t have any 1/25 in my collection right now, but some of my diorama accessories may be, totally not noticeable if they are. One strange thing though, the Atlas 1/24 Honda I just obtained looks a little big to me, but not enough to bother me. I’m really trying to stop being so picky.
Kevin, Over the years Hallmark has made many motorcycle ornaments in a scale very close to 1/24. Theay are excellent models who I display with my 1/24 scale mint models.
